How to make it work?

On Drupal 7.10, I installed 7.x-2.0beta3 with CTools 7.0-1.0-rc1. I built an Application in Facebook, with just a web application URL configured. Then I opened admin->Structure->fb_social, entered the ID for my application.

There is no additional modules or plugins to "enable" in Chaos Tools under modules. I do not see any additional blocks.

So, how do I make this module do anything? I would like to have facebook comments, like buttons, page like and such, but I do not see how to configure or enable anything.
