your package-name in this version is "Voting", other Modules, like "Advanced Poll" use "Voting API", because they require Voting API. There was a bug-report sent to "Advanced Poll" and they said:

The HEAD version of votingapi is using "Voting API" ... This does feels like an issue for Voting API.

Since they set the request on "won't fix", I request this here. If you think it's their problem, please contact them. It would be nice to have a consistent naming here.

VotingAPI has been using the 'Voting' namespace for quite some time. To the best of my knowledge, there is no clear consensus on which one is 'correct', but a straw poll of #drupal indicated that most peopel favored 'Voting'.
