popups and ckeditor

Hi,

I would like to know if someone know how to make ckeditor and popups works together?

I read that in the README.txt : "Does not work with tinymce. Unlikely to work with other WYSIWYG's. (Is this still true?)" but I would like to know if someone have find a solution to make it works.
