Release notes

Upgrade to Quizlet 2.0 API, including
--changed calls for OAuth authentification.
--access to a user's private groups and private group vocabulary
--access and add vocabulary via groups

This release requires that run update.php in order to rebuild the database structure also a couple new steps for setup and configuration.
