Add ability to make test active depending on the domain/subdomain

From what I can see in the code there is currently no way of restricting a test only for a certain domain.
A usecase for this functionality can be when you have a separate subdomain for the mobile version of the website. Because GWO currently matches only the path this means it will be active on the mobile pages as well.
