I'm testing the newest version of Views, 2.16, and I started getting "An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator." errors on all of my views that use Bible Field in an exposed filter. It was working just fine in Views 2.14.
When I checked into the settings of the filter I noticed that the "Optional" checkbox is no longer available. So the view is looking for a specific starting value instead of defaulting to show all results when no filter is selected.
Ideas?

merauluka commentedI backed up my installation to Views 2.15 and the Optional checkbox came back.
Somewhere between 2.15 and 2.16 there was a glitch. No idea.

bomarmonk commentedI confirm that I have the same problem with the Bible field and views 2.16. Is there a fix?

merauluka commentedI have not yet heard of one. :-(

merauluka commentedApparently if you use the composite filter instead of the individual filter this still works in views 2.16. I have successfully used it on a dev site this way.
However, the appearance of the filter is not what I would want. The filter says "Book Book" instead of allowing me to set the label.

m4oliveiIf someone would like to take up the torch for the 6.x branch that's awesome, let me know and we'll get you hooked up. Otherwise, I have no need for 6.x and am only working on the 7.x, sorry.
I'll be looking at views support for the 7.x branch soon. That will be solid and supported for the latest version of views.
