Releases for Drush Vagrant Integration

Changes since 7.x-2.0-rc1:

• Reverse order of arguments for synced_folders.
• Do not modify vagrant user, since it can break ssh and such.

Changes since 7.x-2.0-beta7:

• Revert drush-vagrant Puppet module back to the 2.x one.

The place for new (possible less compatible) development.

Changes since 7.x-2.0-beta4:

Fixes propensity for drush-vagrant to break custom aliases.

Mostly support for Drush 5.x

Some minor bug fixes, and smoothing out of the api.

Initial alpha release of new Drush Vagrant. Documentation of new features is forthcoming.

This release adds commenting to the alias.tpl.php file and also outputs an opening <?php tag when printing the alias to the terminal.

It also updates the command that drush-vagrant uses from vagrant ssh_config, which was removed sometime before Vagrant 1.0 (probably 0.9) and uses vagrant ssh-config instead, which works in all versions of vagrant.

Add the word 'paste' to the output. D'oh.
