If it's confirmed that this released code is completely non-functional, this issue has to be considered critical. (even if it's been fixed in dev)

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function omega_theme() in /home/mysite/sites/all/themes/libra/template.php on line 27
From doing some reading it appears that the Libra theme is only compatible with Omega Core 1.x
