Toggle Scripts

I love that you can Toggle Styles with Delta :) From a performance perspective I would also love to be able to toggle javascript files as well. This would be especially useful on larger sites.

Use Case: You have several different sections each with it's own style and script needs (a gallery section, a blog section, and the home page to name a few). Turning off all unnecessary styles and scripts for each section would make each section lighter-weight, since you'd only be loading what you need.
