replace dataset 'type' with 'name' or 'id'

We can bikeshed whether it should be 'id' or 'name'. 'id' tends to imply numeric in the world of Drupal, so probably 'name'.

At any rate, 'type' is in use by far too many things already -- the data set controller class needs this changing throughout.
