Parameter 2 to theme_esi_tag() expected to be a reference

Thanks for looking into this project. I don't know if you want issues on this sandbox. Feel free to ignore.

I received the following error with the latest Pressflow, PHP 5.3.5, using Panels and SSI:

Warning: Parameter 2 to theme_esi_tag() expected to be a reference, value given in theme() (line 668 of /usr/local/drupal/pressflow-6.22.104/includes/theme.inc).

and no panel output.

Making the following change in esi.theme.inc seems to fix the issue:

- function theme_esi_tag($type, &$data) {
+ function theme_esi_tag($type, $data) {
