I'm not sure where the issue lies between custom breadcrumbs and token, but thought I would report this. Started getting this error after upgrading both modules to the latest versions....

User notice: The custom_breadcrumbs_nodeapi() function called token replacement with an array rather than a string for $text in token_replace_multiple() (/modules/token/token.module).
