Feeds Node Helper Export Feature -- provides view that has export format that the import feeds feature can interpret correctly for importing between sites.
Parent associations within the hierarchy are now maintained
If no value is provided to the type and weight importers it defaults to logical ones

If a book to associate things to is called but has no parent defined it generates a new book, this allows you to import multiple books at once and maintain originating association.
This package has been in production usage for several months without issue so marking this a full release. Also, it now has support for a new tamper that can take values from the address bar (via GET) and transform input fields to the GET's value.
For an example see the video on project site but basically you can make contextual Feed importing to different fields (like node references) via import/{feedname}?ref=123 by telling tamper the ref should be used for the import field.
Initial commit based on the drupal.psu.edu branch. The dev is stable enough for production use (on initial commit) and will be converted to a stable version for ELMS beta1.
