Call me stupid, but I can't find anywhere where to set the reg code for individual groups.
Thanks.

pwolanin CreditAttribution: pwolanin commentedThe codes are generated automatically for each group. Do you mean where to find them?
1) If you are subscribed to a group, they will be listed on your user profile.
2) If you've enabled the group block with the link to send an "invite" e-mail, the code will be added to the body of that message.

hunnikick CreditAttribution: hunnikick commentedalright, thanks
i'm moving this to a feature request.
it would be really nice if this module could act like a password protector on og's...
- for example, if you enter the right passcode, it skips moderation (or invite only) and automatically makes you part of the group
- admins can set the security code
just thought i'd throw that out there. thanks!

pwolanin CreditAttribution: pwolanin commentedWell, you could take this module code (or another like og_mandatory_group) and make such a module. However, what you are suggesting is somewhat opposite to what this module is intended to do- which is to *facilitate* the joining of groups.

kasiawaka CreditAttribution: kasiawaka commentedIt look me a while to find the registration codes for each group.
I had user profile page template changed (in the theme, added user-profile.tpl.php) and that disabled the listing of the groups with their reg codes.
I didn't occur to me that Invite user link in the Group menu can have the group code. Maybe a better documentation would be helpful?
Optionally, having separate block with the group(s) reg codes would be useful - instead of displaying them on the user My Account pages.
Or, listing them on the admin/og/og-reg-codes that already has configuration setting for this module?
Thanks for this module,
Kasia
