I had the module working fine for almost two years, last couple of days it stopped showing the flags. So the module doesn't seem to be working at all for me.
I downloaded the dev version, updated the DB and ran update.php, cleared the cache and still same problem.

Some pages are displaying the flag, some don't, check this link:

I uninstalled the latest installed modules and still no success.

Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue.

Latest update: the flag's image link is:
/sites/all/modules/countryicons/iconsets/shiny/unknown.png
and as you see the IP is not being detected and defaulting to the unknown.png flag.

and why is the flag location in another folder other than ip2cc?
