Republic of Ireland does not have postal codes. On checkout page, if the country is selected, postal code field is still mandatory.

Not yet. It's just a bug in the Address Field module. I think it's an easy fix, but Damien's the one who knows how to do it quickly. I'll dig into it if he can't fix it.

Indeed. That was a mistake. We should double check all the countries with the UPU.

I merged the following into 7.x-1.x.
