I imagine because this module hasn't kept up, the user count is only 12 ;) But this would seem to be a really necessary module for a lot of people. Is there any hope for a D7 version? Is there something else that provides this functionality? Thanks.

Since Drupal 6 this module's been more or less obsolete because you can use Views to create user pages with a lot more flexibility than what our module offered.
