I can't get jwplayer's flashvars to take effect (ex. controlbar = none - http://www.longtailvideo.com/support/jw-player-setup-wizard), I tried adding them via ckeditor and I also tried adding them to the array on admin/config/content/ckeditor_swf/players

Is there a trick to getting this to work?

First of all, this is not a bug report but a support request.

The flashvar you are looking for is controlbar.position, not controlbar.
