dear all,
the problem is that when you call the oai url as anonymous druapl store in db table cahce-page the url and the header,but the header is stored as "Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8" so the second time you call the oai url you will get a page with strange characters..
i hope the problem is clear ..someone has an idea about this?

I am wondering if anyone has figured out a fix for this? We are having a somewhat similar problem - disable page caching at admin/settings/performance and it works, enable page caching and the problem crops up.
