Labels are too long to use as options in exposed filter
I have a single select list field (a radio button) with three options on a content-type. The keys are short, but the labels explain the option. It is similar to:
Option 1|Option 1 - This is the first option.
Option 2|Option 2 - This is the second option, and has a long description.
Option 3|Option 3 - The third option is likewise.
When I listed those in a table view I was able to switch the formatter to "key". However, when I set up an exposed filter, the options are the labels (which make for really long drop-downs), with no apparent way to change the formatter.
I've tried in both rc1 and dev. Any pointers getting the key values to show up? Is that possible?

KerriO commentedI have the same question. (I'm using D6, however, if this is possible, I'm hoping the answer's the same. If not, I'll start a new request).
ETA: This is probably only helpful to very specific use cases, but since I'm building the actual filter triggers manually (not using the view-created form filter), I used the content to filter that wasn't the "Allowed Values" kind.

LiloLilo commented+1 Subscribing. Same issue with an exposed checkbox using Better Exposed Filters module. Checkbox has a very long description, so I'd like to use the key as label.
