As i can see, there is no ability to add custom bbcode tags, for example that described on this page http://xbb.uz/forums/bbcode/Kak_sozdat_teg_BBCode_spoiler
Is it possible to add this ability?

Having found this issue whilst googling for such a feature, I should point out that I also found a proposal for Extensible BBCode, which also mentions RepTag (which is not BBCode, but performs a similar function).

I don't know about the 7.x branch, but you can add your own BBCode tags inside the code easily enough in the 6.x branch. This module does not receive updates often, and when it does, the updates are simple fixes, so editing the code is not a big deal.
