The lack of the comment_spamapi() function caused the loader function to return FALSE, which Drupal interprets as a page not found. This module_load_include() did the trick, although it could probably happen in a better place.

Okay, that was actually fixed by me in the development version, for a long time.

This is a duplicate of this one: #1222546: The List of Spam Comments is Broken

I now create 1.3 which includes my fix.
