[itid] token support has been added to redirect paths. iDEALTransaction::receiveConsumer() will replace them with the transaction's ITID, right before it redirects the user to one of those paths after he has come back from his bank's iDEAL environment. This allows implementations to redirect users back to a transaction-specific page.

Added and committed to 7.x-2.x-dev.
