Will there be a d7 port of this. I would love to use it in one of my upcoming sites.

We would need to find a willing comaintainer to do it. I haven't the bandwidth for it, unfortunately.

I didn't respond initially, since it looked like there were already volunteers. But I can start this port if needed. I also wouldn't mind being added as a maintainer.
