I am using TUNDRA theme in Drupal 7
the Browser is Firefox 6.0
google chrome and safari both have even worse problems as I can not see the SAVE button at all.
there is no way to turn a module on from the admin screen assuming overlay is on.
not sure how to resolve this.
but I am including a picture of the bottone of my firefox screen

irishgringo commentedthe issue was the overlay module... tundra had nothing to do with this problem, as there are other themes with same issue.
