The user_field_extra_fields function does not translate the labels and 1 description is lacking a terminating point. Attached is a patch that improves this. Patch is for D8, but a backport is probably desired.

Everything looks good. The patch still applies cleanly with an offset.

This should be committed to both D8 and D7.
