I have moved the link "Google form" out of the menu "Site Building" in the Navigation menu and I received warnings in all google form admin pages.
Then I used the "restore" link in the Navigation Menu to restore it to its default position and the "Google form" link desappear.
The good news is the google form admin pages works properly. So I created the link in Navigation menu manualy.

Sorry for the delay in the response, i just tried to reproduce this in a vanilla environment, with latest D6 and cant reproduce the error

i edited menus and moved it into content management and it reported no errors to me
i then proceeded to add a form and place it in a block and all worked correctly.

can you provide the following info:

  • did you have forms associated when you moved the menu item?
  • does your user have the correct permissions for google form?
  • what steps did you take to move the form (i'm assuming your steps where the same as mine)
  • what actual errors were reported?
