Fullscreen option always on when using HTML5 player [#1228444]

When using the HTML5 option, the fullscreen button is always displayed regardless of the setting of the fullscreen option.

This patch fixes it for me.

And mine is the complete opposite, if I enable HTML5 -player (iframe) mode do I never get the full screen button to show.
