I have created a block, and when i check Display this block as a popup and click save, my entire site goes white and displays this error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function popup_element() in /sites/all/modules/popup/modules/popup_block/popup_block.module on line 87

I have seen the other posts similar to this issue, however I do not want to edit the code as this is a bad practice. Please fix before offering it as a stable release on the project page

Well how about a patch?
No longer supported.
