Don't use Flash fallback when there is no MP4

I only want to use free formats in my site (WebM or Ogg Theora), so I just upload one or both formats but no MP4 (WebM is already pretty good) but when I use a browser that don't know about these 2 then the module tries to fallback into flash, but since I don't use MP4 it simply don't work.

Actually the module tries to load the flash player even when using a compatible browser. It loads correcty but in the background it tries to load flowplayer.
