/usr/bin/flvtool2

-i @input -f flv -acodec libmp3lame -ar 22050 -ab 64k -ac 1 @output

To accommodate our setup we had to make the following changes to the specific settings for the content type. Please note "-acodec libmp3lame" in the above line. This may not be necessary for all installations.
