Since upgrading, I am getting no categories/tags found in the XML file.

There are several similar issues posted, but wanted to report in case it was significant.

Seeing this as well with 6.x-2.2. Looks like the module is searching for the wrong category/tag names in the XML file. Maybe Wordpress has changed its format or something.

I'm actually getting the tags and categories turned into taxonomy vocabs but the created nodes know nothing of new vocabs. Version 6.x-2.2

Eventually worked for me; I had to clean the data. YMMV. I'm leaving open for the moment; // will close in 90 days if no one else sees a problem.
