Hi

Scratching my head with this... If I place a block (eg Who's new) anywhere within a normal theme region and apply a Skinr style (eg rounded corner, icon, blue background etc), that works great. Not a problem.

The problem is, if I then either move this block into a panel (or mini panel), no matter what I do I can't get the Skinr style to apply. Trust me, I've tried all combinations/permutations of settings available.

I don't know where the problem lies - is it in Panels, Skinr or the Acquia Marina theme....??? (Update - I don't think it's the theme, as the same happens in a different theme)

Btw, I've re-installed Drupal from scratch to see if anything else is interfering, and no matter what I do (or how minimal I go!) the problem persists.

The versions of stuff I'm using (bracketed are to satisfy dependencies) :

Drupal 6.22
Skinr 6.x 1.6
Panels 6.x 3.x dev
Acquia Marina 6.x 3.1
(Fusion core 6.x 1.x dev)
(CTools 6.x 1.x dev)

I've tried earlier versions of Skinr, Panels to no avail too....

Any help would be *mucho* appreciated...!!!

I've got this exact post on the 'Panels' forum, but no response so far... Covering all my bases!

UPDATE (assuming anyone actually read my problem...)

I've managed to get this working. What I was doing before was selecting the 'skinr' style from the options using the gear icon for each pane - this wasn't working. what i've done now is select 'system block' instead, but change the skinr options directly within that block in the 'blocks' menu. This works...!

i probably should have been doing this all along, but hey ho...! :-)
