please add "Paths and URLs" package group to the info file (package = Paths and URLs)

this is not entirely correct as per Drupal standards, but please think of the admins ;)
it's really annoying to have 50-100 modules in the "Other" fieldset/tab.

many modules follow similar approach (other administration, permission, seo, user interface and caching/performance modules) to help admins

i'm suggesting all Path and URL modules to do this change.
(incl. pathauto, path_redirect, shortlink, etc)
