Release notes

Initial release and version 1.0 of the Drupal 7 PRU8 theme. This is a very simple clean.valid.code. theme intended for beginners to Drupal that want a dark monochromatic UI with lots of regions to place content.
See the README file for simple instructions on activating the drop menu functionality.
