I recently upgraded from 6.x-1.3 to 6.x-1.4 and noticed that my global visibility settings were not being applied. All I had to do to fix was to re-save the global profile page.

Has anybody else experienced this issue?

In the 6.x-1.4 is bug with profile, which was fixed in last DEV version - there also problems with showing CKEditor and some other bugs...
Update to last DEV version and everything should works fine...
