node->sticky field has incorrect 'output formats'

In going over the following issues earlier today #1198454: Boolean field handler documentation is incorrect & #1198446: Allow boolean fields to define the Reverse option I discovered that the node tabled field definition for the sticky field has it's 'output format' values reversed. This is most likely related to the first issue mentioned above.

Because the views_handler_field_boolean documentation was using this and it was wrong I imagine this has been missed when doing more recent version. I did a grep scan to find all the other core views fields that used views_handler_field_boolean and node->sticky was the only incorrect one. So it appears to be an isolated incident. Also considering I can't think of too many instances where people are printing out 'Sticky' it makes sense that it's gone unnoticed. Anyways patch attached.
