I haven't logged onto my site for more than an year after my server (I have a bluehost account) was hacked and was shut down due to overload on database from spams. I just cleaned up my database and server is back in action. However, I can not log onto my site now. Please help.

Sorry to hear that. If "cleaned up my database" means deleting recklessly that might be the reason for your problem. Perhaps you killed UID1?

However there are tons of similar issues (e.g.: http://drupal.org/search/apachesolr_multisitesearch/Cannot%20log%20in) therefore I am closing this issue.
