Hello there!
I must confess that I don´t know nothing about video onlie (besides uploading some videos to youtube and vimeo).
And now I need to let specific registered users *only* to watch some videos, so I cannot upload them to you tube anymore.
And I´m in a shared hosting, so I need an external place to put the videos.
I´ve thought about two solutions:
1. Using Amazon S3 (I´m talking about a 30MB video showed to 30 users, I don´t know how much that would cost).
2. Using my own computer and ask Drupal to show a video inside a certain folder of my computer (I don´t know if that´s safe either).
Can I do any of these things with this module? After reading the instructions it seems that indeed, it can be done.
If I´m using my own PC, each time a user wants to see the video am I consuming my shared hosting bandwidth?
If I buy an Amazon S3 service, can I upload the file using this module? (I´ve read that Amazon S3 is quite complicated for end users).
Can I add some access protection to the videos using this module? (ie. if the user hasn´t rights to watch the module, it cannot watch the video either).
Thanks for your answers and your insight!!!

Due to that, I am going to be closing all 6.x issues as it's a hurdle too far to overcome with the amount of issues in the queue against this module.
