Initial commit

Not soon, because I'm doing university for the next month, and my biggest drupal priority is VBO.
The fact that there's very little interest in affiliating while there being a thousand different use cases at the same time doesn't help things.

University? What do you do while you're sitting in class? No one really pays attention...jk. Any status updates or testing modules?

I have a need right now for outside links coming into Commerce and tracking affiliate clicks, purchases, and commissions, etc. Pretty standard. But I also have a site I've yet to start where I'm going to be using affiliate tracking inside the site. (Example, User A adds a product to their profile [like a wishlist, recommendation list, etc] and when User B clicks one of the products, makes a purchase, User A is then credited with a sale and gets a commission.) I'd love to see that functionality as well.

I was looking into this module http://www.moneyscripts.net/drupal-affiliates-suite but it's paid and I haven't gotten a response to a query I sent asking about the functionality. So I don't know if it's what I need for either case and I'm not really wanting to purchase it blind. The price is affordable and so I'd be all for it if I just knew it could manage my upcoming and current needs.

Pushed the initial code. I basically started from scratch back in october in order to allow per-product commissions and other things needed by proposed projects.
You'll need the latest affiliate_ng (just pushed a needed commit).

The basic UI is there, but there are no premade rules components yet. You'll want to use the "Create an entity" action to create a commission after an event (node created, order completed, etc). Still needs a ton of work that I plan to do in January. Opening followup issues as we speak.

Keeping this issue open so you can leave comments if you want. Would love to hear architectural thoughts, UI thoughts, what needs to be addressed the most urgent, etc.
