glossary item name as < title> on item page

currently, when I'm viewing single glossary item page, the < title> tag only shows glossary name. This means hundreds of pages with the same title. I'd like it to be something like "glossary_name: item_name". How can I do that?

I'm working with a glossary on a D6 site, heavily modified by previous maintainer. I'm not sure if this title behavior is produced by glossary module or triggered somewhere else. If it's not the Glossary issue, just let me know
