Get caught up with code, fix inclusion issue with fragments.
New version for 7. Tested basic functionality: shows up on page, caches location in libraries. Untested: integration with Environment.
allow placement in /libraries dir and cache that choice.
Remove dependency.
Removing module disabling when setting production, since that would never let it be enable when pulling down.
