1. There is no display format "xxx of full/teaser/title" for taxonomy terms, only "xxx of fields".
2. There is no language filter, so I can't filter a view based on the current user's language.

dawehnerSure because afaik core doesn't provide such a thing yet.
A term doesn't have a language on default views. Move to i18nviews.
