Our dependency is too narrow. We only allow the menu to be selected for normal menu items, but it needs to be possible for tabs as well.

This patch fixes the breadcrumb, even though menu name doesn't even appear to be used for tabs in views_plugin_display_page::execute_hook_menu.
Odd.

Since the breadcrumb is the actual problem, a real fix might not be this one.
