Reference to file desjardins.jpg, which is not present in the distributed project

Hi,

In the hook_payment_method function (function uc_desjardins_payment_method), we reference a file which is not distributed with the git project.

I submit the following trivial patch to remove what seems to me to be a superfluous line.
