twitter service links broken after upgrade to twitter

Service Links' Twitter functionality does not work since twitter.com upgraded to "New Twitter."
I submitted a patch for http://drupal.org/project/service_links that fixes this for me locally, but it should be tested. The patch is here (along with more thorough description of problem):
