View not saving filter....

To replicate, do a fresh install following the instructions. Create a view, use the custom filter, then try to save changes made to the filter.

A quick look into the code revealed tables which do not exist in the installation:
daterange_node
daterange_node_data_

These tables weren't created, and it doesn't seem that the code creates these tables.

Works great when filters are exposed.
