Newfoundland Timezone... [#112887]

Newfoundland Standard Time is missing from your drop down of timezones to choose when setting up the software.

For more information on Newfoundland Standard Time and the correct timezone settings visit http://www.timetemperature.com/tzca/newfoundland_time_zone.shtml

This would be nice to have fixed. Thanks a bunch. Excellent CMS by the way.

A quick check shows that this affects the following versions of Drupal in the following ways:

7.x-dev (2009-Mar-16)
Newfoundland timezone present, under America/St_Johns
(http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/zoneinfo.tzc?s=default&tz=Ameri... appears to be the same as the link posted above and is in Canada, so I presume that the St John's this timezone refers to is St Johns in Newfoundland, as opposed to any other American place by the same name)

Canada/Newfoundland and America/St_Johns present.

Has -0330 (Newfoundland Standard time)
Doesn't have -0230 (Newfoundland Daylight Savings Time

Adding -0230 is pretty pain free - here's a patch that'll do the job for anyone having difficulties with this on Drupal 5.x
