the drop down effect isn't shown on any page except when viewing the "create content" page, then for some reason the arrow and the ability to hover and have it drop down is there and working. Even though other headings have submenus and links under them. Help!

on my page, network.openforests.com , the dropdown menu is not droping down on mouseover. Only if I'm already on the parent page. How can I fix that? Is it a bug or my fault?
