Square Grid is pretty rigidly at 980px. Add support for larger and smaller screens. Create options in Theme Settings so end-users can choose whether to have responsive design support, and what kind.

Status: 980 and 1190 are now supported in -dev. TBD: 1400, 770, 700, <700 (no grid, full-width content).

Note: Adjustment points are restricted by even-pixel square units (due to browser incompatibilities handling pixel fractions). I am going by resolution breakdowns posted in http://www.uxbooth.com/blog/considerations-for-mobile-design-part-2-dime.... If you have specific resolution support requests, please post in this issue. Support for 770px, 980px default, 1190px grid displays, and stacked display for <770px grid committed to dev. See theme options for choosing these. They will not be activated by default.

Will be rolled into next 7.x-2.x release.
